I have a piano that hadn’t been tuned ( or played ) for many years, and it sounded really bad. Eben arrived just a few days after. He went right to work with the cleaning and tuning. It took a few hours but he would not leave until it sounded just right. Also did some “extra” repairs a gratis. I don’t know how to compare, but I give him 5 Stars!
